## Shipping Policy

### Sweets and Biscuits

-   **Delivery fee:** AED 35.
-   Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. are delivered the same day using temperature-controlled delivery.
-   Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. are delivered the following working day.
-   No orders are shipped on Sundays; however, previously shipped orders may still be delivered.

### Handcrafted Products

-   **Delivery fee:** AED 20.
-   Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days by courier.
-   No orders are shipped on Sundays; however, previously shipped orders may still be delivered.

## Return and Exchange Policy

-   Return or exchange requests must be submitted within three days of receiving the order.
-   Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and the invoice included.
-   The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
-   A return airway-bill charge of AED 20 will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
-   For exchanges, AED 40 applies: AED 20 for collecting the original product and AED 20 for delivering the replacement.
-   Food products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
-   Payment-gateway charges of 2.9%, COD charges, taxes, customs duties and other applicable delivery charges are non-refundable.
-   TAQUEEN may reject products that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete or unsuitable for resale.

## Refund Example

For a handcrafted product costing AED 200:

-   **Product:** AED 200
-   **Original delivery:** AED 20
-   **Total paid:** AED 220
-   **Return airway bill:** AED 20
-   **Refund:** AED 180 before deducting any applicable payment-gateway charges.
