7-days Exchange Policy!

We have easy Return Policy. We want you to have the peace of mind knowing that an item purchased can be returned within certain time limit and conditions. Customer satisfaction is the main aim of taqueen.ae and we would appreciate hearing from you at any time regarding any of your purchases made.


 METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED currency.  


Please note, it may take up to 7 working days to process your Exchange after we have received your returned item.

  1. Monetary refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases are not accepted. Orders can only be exchanged for another size or refunded as online credit excluded of payment's gateway charges of 2.9% of the total order.
  2. All Credit Card refunds excluded of payment's gateway charges of 2.9% of the total order will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
  3. Please note that shipping fees, COD fees, taxes, payment's gateway charges of 2.9% of the total order and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded.
  4. The courier charges of AED 25 apply for exchange and return.
  5. Food items ( Danat ) cannot be exchanged or refunded except if defected.
  6. Clearance Items cannot be exchanged or refunded


  1. To organize a return or exchange, please complete the following steps within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. You may call taqueen.ae customer support care  on  0565157789 , and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along  with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible



  1. Exchanged items must be received within 7 days for UAE orders of the Exchange request approval date. Any Exchanges received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer.
  2. Any items included but not listed in the Exchange request will not be accepted.
  3. All orders must be returned in one package.
  4. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included.
  5. All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please head to the Contact Us on  0565157789 and give your details  your order within 48 hours of receiving.
  6. Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/exchange.
  1. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.




Please note, TAQUEEN E-TR  reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.

Returns made outside of the 7-days timeframe will not be accepted
